Unfortunately we don’t support exchanges for now. However you can return the product and place another order on our app/website.

To return a product go to My Orders section. Once you are in the My Orders section, you have the option to return individual products in your order.

Once you return a product, your refund will be processed in 7 - 10 working days from the date of receipt of your returned product in the store depending on the payment mode you chose.

There is no option to return multiple products with a single click on our app or website. Each product has to be returned individually. However, based on the time at which you place the return request, we might send our executive to pick up all the returned products in one lot.

Yes, as long as your pick up address is the same as your delivery address.

Your return request may be declined due to the following reasons

  1. Original tags are removed from the product.
  2. Product is stained, damaged or torn.
  3. Product is used or washed.
  4. Free products or accessories along with the original products are missing.

Return pickup of your product might fail if the return pickup executive was unable to locate your address or if no one was available at the address to hand over the product. Usually in such circumstances the executive will try to reach you on your mobile number.

If the first pickup attempt failed, we will set up another pickup date and time and communicate the same to you.

  1. Can I return products belong to Beauty and personal care category?
  2. Unfortunately, we are unable to take returns for product belonging to Beauty and Personal category. We take products directly from your chosen store or authorized seller partner and all our products are genuine with shelf life way before expiry date. Hence, Brands don't accept returns for these items due to hygiene issues. Please review your items before completing your orders. Only items showing in your Order Confirmation will be shipped unless the items are Out of Stock.

  3. I received a damaged item in my order. What should I do?
  4. We apologize for the defective item that you received. The item may have been damaged in transit. For compacts and palettes, we do not open the boxes and ship them the same way we receive it from the brand to avoid tampering any seal. Please send us an image of the item together with the following:

    1. Image of Item with the packaging and your Packing list showing your Order and/or Tracking Number
    2. Name of Item
    3. Order Number

    A refund or credit voucher will be issued to you upon collection of damage item.

  5. I received a Wrong Item/Incorrect item. What's the next step?
  6. We apologize for the incorrect item that you received. We will contact the Merchant to have the items checked. While we investigate the items against our stocks, Please send us an image of the item together with the following:

    1. Image of Item with the packaging and your Packing list showing your Order and/or Tracking Number
    2. Name of Item
    3. Order Number

    A refund or credit voucher will be issued to you upon collection of damage item.
