You can check the status of your order in the My Orders section. Once you open the page, you can get details regarding the order status of individual products in your order. We keep the status information of your order updated every few hours and also notify you in case of delays.

You can check the status of your order in the My Orders section. We constantly update the status of your order and notify you via the app, email or SMS in case of late deliveries. If you haven’t received any communication from us regarding a late order for more than 48 hours, feel free to contact us through the app/website or mail us at help@winkelkart.com.

Although we strive for 100% on time delivery, delays happen sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances at our delivery team’s end. What is Winkelkart’s shipping policy?

Winkelkart works with own/third party service providers to deliver your order. There is a delivery charge of Rs.50 Flat on orders with net payable amount below Rs.500. This means if the order total (after applying all coupon discount and Cashback) is less than Rs.500 then a nominal delivery charge of Rs.50 will be payable by the customer. From time to time we might waive off the delivery charge on orders as part of promotions but this is at the sole discretion of Winkelkart. If you return an order, we will not reimburse the delivery charge, however if you cancel an order before it was processed we will reimburse the delivery charge as well. Delivery fee can not be paid via Cashback or coupon codes.
